$8.00 a day for all three · 30-day supply · You save $44.98 vs buying separately

30‑day risk-free guarantee on your first order.

The full daily foundation, in one order.

Kidney Nourish, Kidney Balance and Kidney Boost each cover ground the other two don't. Taken together they are the daily foundation Dr. Irfan builds on with her own patients.

  • Kidney Nourish — fills the nutrient gaps root-cause work depends on.
  • Kidney Balance — the gut-kidney axis piece, the mechanism no multivitamin touches.
  • Kidney Boost — the oxidative-stress piece, the driver a multivitamin and a prebiotic don't directly address.

All three in one order, for less than buying them separately.

How to start your Complete Daily Protocol

Start one product at a time, so your body (and your gut) can adjust.

  • Week 1, Kidney Nourish: 1 capsule a day for 3 days, then 2 capsules a day.
  • Week 2, add Kidney Balance: start with ½ scoop a day. Every 3 days, go up by ½ scoop (1 scoop, then 1½ scoops) until you reach 2 scoops a day. Mix in 8–12 oz of water and drink within 10–15 minutes; it thickens as it sits.
  • Week 3, add Kidney Boost: 1 capsule a day for 3 days, then 2 capsules a day.

Keep taking all prescribed medicines as directed. If you take prescription medication (especially for blood sugar), take vitamin D, or are on dialysis or have had a transplant, check with your care team before starting.

Our standard

The difference is in our details

Measured supplement ingredients on a scale

Root-cause, not hype

Every formula is built on researched ingredients dosed for what a compromised kidney can and can't clear — not generic multivitamin defaults.

Quality check on the production line at the manufacturing facility

Quality you can verify

Made in a GMP-compliant facility in the U.S. Raw materials are tested for heavy metals before production. Every finished batch is tested against its label by an independent lab.

Dr. Bismah Irfan, MD, board-certified nephrologist

Formulated by a nephrologist

Every ingredient and every dose is personally reviewed by Dr. Bismah Irfan, MD, board-certified nephrologist — not an anonymous formulation team.

Built for one condition, not everyone

Formulated specifically for chronic kidney disease — what's left OUT (potassium, phosphorus, excess iron) matters as much as what's in.

Before you start

Questions people ask before they start

What makes Kidney Nourish, Kidney Balance, and Kidney Boost high quality?

Every formula is made in a GMP-compliant facility in the U.S. Every raw material is tested before production for heavy metals, microbes, and, where relevant, identity and potency. Every finished batch is then tested against its label and for microbes. All testing is done by an independent ISO 17025 certified lab. No magnesium stearate, no silica.

Are these clinically informed and safe?

Every ingredient and dose is personally selected and reviewed by Dr. Bismah Irfan, MD, a board-certified nephrologist, based on published clinical evidence and dosed specifically for reduced kidney clearance — not general population norms. These are dietary supplements, not drugs, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Why don't these cost the same as a generic version of the same ingredient?

A generic turkey tail or NAC supplement isn't formulated with kidney clearance in mind, isn't necessarily third-party tested on every batch, and wasn't reviewed by a nephrologist against what a compromised kidney can safely process. That review, testing, and CKD-specific dosing is what the price reflects.

Where are these made, and where are the ingredients sourced from?

Manufactured in the USA. Ingredients are sourced for quality and purity first — some from domestic suppliers, some from international sources selected specifically for ingredient purity. Wherever it comes from, every raw material is tested before it goes into production.
