30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee (first order, United States only)
If you're not satisfied with your first order of any Kidney Holistic Institute supplement, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date at support@drbismah.com for a full refund of the product price and any shipping you paid. You don't need to return the product. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
Your first order is the first one placed with your email address or shipped to your address. For a subscription, it's the first delivery.
This guarantee applies to orders shipped to addresses within the United States only. If your order is shipped outside the United States, please see International Orders below.
International Orders — Final Sale
All orders shipped to an address outside the United States are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, return, exchange, or store credit. This includes orders to Canada and to any other country we ship to. The 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee above does not apply to any order shipped outside the United States.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Duties, taxes and customs charges are your responsibility. Any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs charges assessed by your country are payable by you, are not included in the price you paid us, and are not refundable by us.
- Customs decisions are outside our control. If your parcel is delayed, held, inspected, seized, destroyed or returned by customs or any other authority in your country, we are not able to refund or replace the order. Dietary supplements are regulated differently in every country, and it is your responsibility to confirm that the products you are ordering may lawfully be imported for your personal use where you live.
- Refused or undeliverable parcels are not refunded. If a parcel is refused at delivery, is unclaimed, or is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not able to refund the order or the shipping.
- Personal use only. International orders are accepted for your own personal use in quantities consistent with personal use. We do not accept international orders for resale or distribution, and we may cancel and refund, before shipping, any international order that appears to be for resale.
- Shipping charges on international orders are never refundable.
If anything about your international order is unclear before you buy, please email us at support@drbismah.com first — we would much rather answer your question than have you place an order you can't return.
Reorders and subscription renewals
Because these are ingestible health products, subsequent orders (reorders and subscription renewals) are final sale, except for damaged, defective or wrong items (see below). If you experience a problem with a later order, contact us and we'll work with you directly.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
This applies to any order, including subscription deliveries. If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us at support@drbismah.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund it, including shipping. You don't need to send anything back unless we ask you to.
This section applies to international orders as well: if we send you the wrong product, or it arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. What is not covered on an international order is a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or anything that happens to the parcel at the border.
Shipping charges and refund timing
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except on your first U.S. order under the guarantee above and for damaged, defective or wrong items. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Order changes
If you need to change or cancel an order before it ships, contact us immediately at support@drbismah.com — once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify or cancel it.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights
Where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived or limited by a seller, those rights continue to apply and nothing in this policy removes them.
